However, in good time sellers will realize how much they have to benefit by selling private, private sellers accepting lower prices? not so, some clients are receiving multiple offers! with a bidding war & some clients in Barrie are also getting $10,000 over the asking price! We end up selling for lower price than we can with an agent..so many agents have no or very low commission.. I think we look like fools..
