We all are laughin here at the agents but do you know more than half of these listings on the website are by the agents.. and also more than 40% of us do end up with agents as it is very hard to sell private. We end up selling for lower price than we can with an agent..so many agents have no or very low commission.. I think we look like fools..

It can be hard to sell private because agents continually harass our bytheowner clients.
However, in good time sellers will realize how much they have to benefit by selling private,
private sellers accepting lower prices? not so, some clients are receiving multiple offers!
with a bidding war & some clients in Barrie are also getting $10,000 over the asking price!
