Detailed statistics
A new tool was released this week in the Your Account sections of our customers.
The detailed stats page provides to the owners all the infos concerning the number of visits on their listing, the number of times their property is displayed in the search results and the number of unique visitors coming to their property. When a potential buyer visits a property for the second time, it is not counted as being “unique”.
Another graph informs the owner of the source of the visitors coming to his listing. This is definitely interesting for all, but especially for the customers working hard to be seen everywhere. Did you send emails to your contacts so that they transfer it to their contacts? Did you place advertisements on the free classifieds websites? Did people find you directly using Google, Msn or Yahoo search engines?
I hope that this tool will provide the answers they need to our customers. Don’t hesitate to comment!
